On behalf of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, I’m pleased to invite you to our 2026 Economic Outlook, taking place on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the beautiful Wende Museum Glorya Kaufman Community Center, located at 10858 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230.
This year’s program will feature an engaging panel of five industry leaders representing hospitality, commercial real estate, entertainment, restaurant, and retail sectors. Together, they will explore the key forces shaping our local economy and discuss emerging trends and opportunities in Culver City.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, featuring signature drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Our interactive panel discussion will follow from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Complimentary on-site parking will be available for all guests.

Welcome Remarks – Freddy Puza - Freddy Puza serves as Mayor of Culver City and focuses on collaborative leadership, community engagement, and advancing an inclusive vision for the city’s future.
Moderator – Dan O’Brien - Dan O’Brien is President and CEO of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce and a current City Councilmember. With a 30-year career in TV and film, he brings expertise in storytelling, marketing, and community leadership.
Keynote Speaker – Erikk Aldridge - Erikk Aldridge leads social impact, community outreach, and civic engagement for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with a career focused on equity and community development.
Closing Keynote – Adam K. Troy - Adam K. Troy serves as Assistant City Manager for Economic Development, Vitality, and Equity for Culver City, leading initiatives that promote inclusive growth and community impact.

Denise Gutches - Denise Gutches is CEO of FilmLA, overseeing strategy, operations, and government affairs with decades of leadership experience in finance and organizational development.
Darrel Menthe - Darrel Menthe is Executive Director of the Culver City Downtown Business Association and Chair of the Planning Commission, with a background in law and civic leadership.
Emily Weber - Emily Weber is Vice President of Asset Management at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, leading major retail and mixed-use initiatives across the West Coast.
Jim Jacobsen - Jim Jacobsen is founding partner of Industry Partners, specializing in creative office development and adaptive reuse projects across Los Angeles.
Danielle Goller - Danielle Goller is General Manager of The Culver Hotel and an active leader in Culver City’s hospitality and tourism community.
